Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are final sale and cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the returns address provided by our customer service team.

Items returned to the manufacturer or to any other address cannot be processed for a refund.
